Your own cake or ours

If you have a Grandma or other relative who wants to help and they want to make your cake, why not let us decorate it for you. Just ring up and we'll collect your cake and then do the decoration for you.

Shape

Square, Round, Heart, Oval, Petal, Hexagon or any other sculpted shaped you may request to meet your own individual requirements.We also offer individually iced cake ( cup cakes, muffins, fruit rounds or squares which can be combined with a larger cake for an impressive display).

Cake Varieties

We offer Traditional rich fruit cake (laced with brandy, sherry or rum). But we can also offer rich Chocolate, lemon drizzle, carrot cake, madeira or vanilla. Or if you have other ideas for flavours why not let us know.

Cake Fillings and coverings

Cakes can be filled with Buttercream ( american or English american tends to have a lighter texture), Chocolate ganache, vanilla, lemon, almond or chocolate we could even add fruit, jam or your favourite liqueur. Cakes are traditionally covered with marzipan and then icing but you can have vanilla or chocolate,almond or lemon frosting, chocolate ganache, chocolate covering or just marzipan. Icing can be coloured to match colour schemes or for novelty cakes.

Decorations

We can hand make sugar flowers in different colours and varieties, these can be made into sprays, bouquet's or used individually, Roses and simple flowers can be made from chocolate as can other decorations. Real or Artificial flowers can also be used and other decorative items. Stands or pillars are used to add extra height to your cakes if needed.
